Ask General Tullius
Welcome Citizen. I am the Imperial General picked by the emperor Titus Medes II himself and sent to Skyrim to restore order. Due to advice of my trusted legate Rikke, I decided to allow you citizens to ask me any questions you want.
Ask me anything citizen You have something to say Citizen?
Borrowed from our glorious fanpage on the…book of faces. Or whatever you heretics call it.

Anonymous asked: If the empire wins the war will you make sure us khajiits will be allowed inside city walls?
The Empire will give its best to enforce the more just Imperial laws in the cities of Skyrim.
charlie-loves-your-imperfection asked: You make think that could happen but come on "General" Tullius, One does not simply decapitate the listener. And you assume you'll still be alive to kill Ulfric? Please. I'll slit both of your throats and walk away. In broad daylight. And you know what's going to happen? Nothing ~The Listener of The Dark Brotherhood
Your brothers in Bravil said the same, yet they are butchered.
Your brothers in Cheydinhall said teh same, yet they are butchered.
You brothers in Wayrest said the same, yet they are butchered (true, not by us but by pirates… but thats just more embarrassing for you).
Your brothers in Falkreath said the same, yet they are butchered.
And I won’t even talk about your siblings who tried to kill me on few occasions.
Maro may have been an incompetent bum, but I know enough from Penitus that all but one of your sanctuaries have been destroyed. Luck may have saved you the first time, but it won’t protect you forever… and the Dark Brotherhood will cease to exist, just like Morag Tong and Mythis Dawn did.
Anonymous asked: How does it make you feel that I assassinated the emperor right under your nose? ~The Listener of the Dark Brotherhood
Under Maro’s incompetent nose.
If I was in charge of his majesty’s security, you’d be in bottom of the Sea of Ghosts now.
Either way, once I have dealt with Ulfric you can rest assured: I’ll hunt you down and send your head to the Imperial City.
That day when Sheogorath cursed me… memories and embarrassment still haunt me.
Damn Vigilants… why don’t they already exorcise the Madgod from Solitude?!

I am General Tullius, the Military governor of Skyrim
Castle Dour is currently open to public so if something troubles you citizen, ask me.
For the Empire!
Anonymous asked: Then who should I give the "lucky coin" to? Even the Temple priests said it had some sort of "Divine magic" in it similar to the to Divine altars. And Heimskr's already here in the Castle now. He's starting his chant... I better leave.
Rikke: Between Whiterun and Windhelm, south of Gallows Rock, there is a secret Shrine of Talos above a lake. Talos Worshipers believe that the lake is sacred to Talos and a kind of portal to Aetherius where he resides. Maybe it would be a good idea to return it to him. It is not on mortals to decide whom to give a Divine’s gift.
Tullius: Careful there Rikke. Walls and cats tend to have ears.
Rikke: I am just saying.
“Balgruuf really likes to sit on that fence. It’s why I reckon the Alik’r warriors aren’t allowed in the city. He doesn’t want people to think he supported the Hammerfell secession from the Empire or it’s uprising against the Thalmor.”

The Alik’r weren’t allowed entry because, formally, they were a foreign army which wanted to hunt down some people in his population. Thalmor Justiciars are bad enough, he doesn’t need Redguards added to the mix.
Anonymous asked: General, sir, Have you ever met the current dragonborn, big burly nord fella, wears an iron helmet, studded armor.. Missuses a certain thu'um to move faster?
I heard him, but didn’t bother going out to see how he looks like. The guards and citizens complain about him shouting and causing a mess with his unnatural sprinting.
Anonymous asked: Better work on that Centurian, spies say the Stormcloaks have made allegiances with 2-3 Giants in their territory, we could use it...
You mean Centurions? Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.
If the rebels send something big, do use the mammoth we trained for war.
Anonymous asked: Seen anyone suspicious in the city?
There are always suspicious people in the city. But I don’t look much around it: I have a war to lead and walking around the streets is not part of that job.
Anonymous asked: Do the Guards in Cyrodiil still do the "Stop right there criminal scum!" act or have they gone onto something else?
I heard it being yelled many times so… yes.
Anonymous asked: Lucky septim?! A person named Wulf was known to have appeared 200 years ago in Morrowind to give his lucky septim to the Nerevarine! That Wulf was an avatar of Talos! HIS lucky coin?! You just met the physical manifestation of Talos! It proves the Thalmor wrong! All hail Talos! I just sent a letter to Heimskr from Whiterun, he's on his way!
Do you know how many Wulf’s there are? Many, especially in Skyrim as Wulf is a Nordic a name.
Yes, I heard that story. I also heard theories that Wulf was actually Wulfarth, a Dragonborn and Jarl of Windhelm from 1st Era who “freed” Skyrim from the First Empire. He was supposedly later revived as a lich by the Nords who tried to reclaim the Heart of Shor from the Red Mountain… an event in which he came to hate the Tribunal which made him later ally with Talos and help him form the Third Empire… until they became enemies after which the Septim Empire tried to erase him from the history, replacing his part in war with Talos. His name and the fact he cares about Nerevearine destroying the Tribunal is what made some think he is actually Wulfarth.
What do I believe? That it is not on an petty general to decide what is truth and what isn’t.
Anyway, in case this coin is from Wulfarth, I REALLY don’t want that coin. He and Ulfric are simply too much alike.
In case he really is Tiber Septim… *Tullius hands you the coin back* …I want it even less. He taught us not to depend on luck but on our ourselves: our wit and discipline. And we will make our forefather proud by winning with wit and discipline, not with luck. The suicidal Nords are the ones who need to depend on luck, not we Imperials.
